Licensed!!!

Received my License so all ready to act as a Salesperson, licensed under the Real Estate Agents Authority.  Very excited to be continuing my property journey.

Our new baby - Bindi

We have added a new family member in the form of gorgeous Bindi - we found her at the SPCA and we all just fell in love with her.  She is just over three months old, is a Staffie mix - unsure of the mix - and has a lovely nature.  We are enjoying taking her for walks and wearing her out.

Got the Certificate!

Arrived in the mail.  Next step is to apply for my licence through the REAA.

Passed the Papers!!

Since arriving back in Palmerston North in June 2016 I have been busy working on my National Certificate in Real Estate (Salesperson Level 4).  On February 14th - Valentines Day - I rewarded myself by making this my final assessment date - an online practical of the writing and signing of a Sales and Purchase Agreement.  I passed the paper and as this was my final assessment I also rewarded myself with opening up my Bayleys name badge!  I have been so lucky to have the support of Bayleys Palmerston North and a special thank you to Jamie Madigan who has mentored me and helped me through many of the assignments.
